Legacy Septic just did our septic tank service pump today. Brendan the tech did everything right. A five minutes heads up before arrival, asked if we were having any problems, put us on the automatic recall list and was extremely courteous. Thank you for the good service call.
I had a five star experience with Legacy Septic today. My house is not easy to service but Brendan arrived at my house today with no hesitation whatsoever to get the job done for me. Actually another popular septic company in the area wouldn't even come to my house because I have low wires, but Legacy has different size trucks and basically said they would do all they could and they did. Brendan was very courteous and professional. He got the job done quickly and offered his advice on maintaining our septic tank. I'm going to follow his advice and have it cleaned on an annual schedule.
Once again we received outstanding and professional results by Legacy. Our tech, Brendan, was polite, thorough and efficient. He was careful and mindful of our property while he drove through our yard to access our system. After the service he took the time to clearly explain his findings and answered all of our questions and concerns. We have complete trust in this company and so should you!
Very good experience using Legacy to pump out our tank. Rachel was very responsive with the scheduling and explanation of the service. Brendan called before he came to give me his ETA. He arrived on time, was efficient with his work and managed to not damage any of the plants surrounding the clean out.
