Leroy and everyone was incredibly nice. Left the yard clean when done.
The actual visit to pump out our septic system went OK, but: 1) I never received an email nor a call before the technical arrived, and 2) he left without even telling us he was done. Bottom line: service 10 out of 10, customer communication 5 out of 10.
Yesterday, Rob visited our house to inspect the septic pump system, which was noted during our recent septic system pumping and clean out report to possibly require repairs. Rob was very thorough in his work on the septic system and he discovered the electric circuit breaker had tripped. After resetting the breaker the pumping system was working.
