Great service, quick scheduling and friendly staff. Brendan was great - quick and hardly even knew he was there.
Legacy Septic provided a great job, communication, and customer service as always. Septic Specialist Rob provided great customer service and installed the cap with no issue.
Overall, the process from start to finish was fairly easy and the scheduler and techs did a decent job. I would only have a few suggestions for them to improve their process: first, it would be nice to schedule a firm date in advance. I think this got lost since it's a very busy time for them and the techs just showed up unannounced. Second, I would want the lead technician to send a text when they were on their way, and a call or knock on the door once they got there. Rob and Mike worked hard and did a great job repairing my septic system. And Rachel in the office was terrific also. Kudos to everyone and thank you! Highly recommended
