I must begin with saying Westminster is a lovely town! I'm so glad my family could move here to raise our family. My landlord, Mark Snyder is very nice and very savvy at fixing things! He's always been there when something goes wrong! His crew is very nice and polite! There when needed! We don't have much money but we take care of his property and pay our rent on time! This is his lively hood and we respect that! And...he repects us! Thank you Mark and Westminster Properties!
Personally, I have a hard time believing any negative reviews about Mark, or his company. Mark has been my property manager since 2020, and I can tell you I would recommend him without reservation, and he has always been outstanding: prompt, clear, respectful, professional, and all around amazing.
Mark is unprofessional, and rude. I have not had dealings with him but I'm close to someone who has. And the texts from him she's showed me is unreal!
I've recently connected with the folks here to see an apartment and was treated with courtesy, respect, and emails are answered quickly and professionally. I'm excited to start my new chapter living in their affordable place in Westminster where I am close to my family, friends, and work. Thank you.
