I use Westminster property Management for 2 years and during that time my experiences with them were mixed but at the end they turned bad. Getting any sort of reliable information to and from the property owner through Westminster property Management was a hassle and a burden. Even though in my experience all of the maintenance peoples were nice and quick when they came to replace or repair something. He’s very proactive in communication, effective at prioritizing, and has given invaluable advice as I run my first property. He has an in house team that takes care of everything quickly and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend working with him!
Mr. Mark Snyder was a great landlord. He keeps the repairs current with his properties, they are located in great spots, neighbors were always great. He explains everything very clearly about leases and his policies etc... No complaints! He is a very kind and empathetic landlord, however don't mistake that kindness for weakness. Mark managed a property we rented - the house itself had its issues due to ownership but Mark was always incredibly communicative, kind, and prompt addressing any issue we had, and a true pleasure to deal with. Could not recommend him more highly and hope to have him manage our own property one day!
