Mr. Mark Snyder was a great landlord. He keeps the repairs current with his properties, they are located in great spots, neighbors were always great. He explains everything very clearly about leases and his policies etc... No complaints! He is a very kind and empathetic landlord, however don't mistake that kindness for weakness. Mark managed a property we rented - the house itself had its issues due to ownership but Mark was always incredibly communicative, kind, and prompt addressing any issue we had, and a true pleasure to deal with. Could not recommend him more highly and hope to have him manage our own property one day!
I must begin with saying Westminster is a lovely town! I'm so glad my family could move here to raise our family. My landlord, Mark Snyder is very nice and very savvy at fixing things! He's always been there when something goes wrong! His crew is very nice and polite! There when needed! We don't have much money but we take care of his property and pay our rent on time! This is his lively hood and we respect that! And...he repects us! Thank you Mark and Westminster Properties!
Personally, I have a hard time believing any negative reviews about Mark, or his company. Mark has been my property manager since 2020, and I can tell you I would recommend him without reservation, and he has always been outstanding: prompt, clear, respectful, professional, and all around amazing.
Mark is unprofessional, and rude. I have not had dealings with him but I'm close to someone who has. And the texts from him she's showed me is unreal!
