Not safe for single woman's. The manager will try to cuddle you periodically, if you try to avoid seeing him,he will ignore serious problems with heat,noice,drugs in the building. When I move in a nebour shared with me that someone enter his apartment and move,touch take his belongings. I did not belive him. I noticed something similar and got home camera. My camera took picture of male resembling the manager, but it was blurry so nothing to do. The manager Russ is a full-time care giver for Peggy, he is never at the office ... read more
I lived here 2.5 years and had a great experience. I paid $1015/month for a 1b1b, and utilities, sans electricity, were included. While the building is somewhat old, I never had any problems with it. parking spaces are always available and are right next to the building (and free). I loved the apartment, Russ is fantastic and easy to work with, and I never had any problem getting a repair or help with anything, and he let me move a month to month lease for only a slight rent increase. Highly recommend this place.
