I don't know about the higher ratings that other's are given, I can't say their experience was bad or good but for the one star and those saying bad customer service, I concur on that. I just made a call to ask some questions, never stepped foot onto the property. I could barely get the question out before the lady gave me an answer let alone ask the follow up. This is my fourth time coming back here. Love the people. There are their great. The prices can not be beaten $55 for smog check, that's everything included. I highly recommend them!
Great they completad my smog check in 20 min in a last min call before DMV closed. I was able to go back and get my registration done. Higley recommended
I found this place on Google Maps and chose this location to get my smog check done after looking at a few places near the Westminster DMV. It was the right choice! Annie was incredibly friendly and sweet upon picking up the phone (such a coincidence that we had the same name, haha) and my car was done in less than 10 minutes! The service here is stellar and I was satisfied with my entire experience. Would definitely come here again as well as recommend to others. Support a local business!
