Crystal was especially helpful—she took the time to clearly explain what my insurance covers and went over all the payment details, ensuring there was no confusion or misleading information. Dr. Jung is very kind and knowledgeable, and he thoroughly explained the treatment plan and what steps are needed to get started. The office is also very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend My Dentist to anyone looking for quality dental care!
Dr. Jung and his staff are professional, honest, and caring. Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile and treated with amazing care. I was previously going to another dentist in the area and came here by chance bc I needed immediate care, I was treated so well that day that I’ve come back ever since. He even worked in collaboration with my other Ortho provider to ensure seamless care. Great place
