The review below is dead on. Worthless company that doesn't honor warranty. Have called about a furnace issue, had to wait 3 days for someone to come out and look at it. When this guy showed up, said the furnace igniter is broken, and needs to be replaced. Great! Right? Not so... Apparently he didn't have any in his truck, and told me this item needs to be ordered.
