I called to ask if they participate in FSA( a medical account ) I was told know they did not accept it and then Marisol proceeded to ask me what it was. How can you say you don't accept something if you don't know what it is. I slightly explained what it was but then I asked if she could ask someone else if they accept it and preferably someone who knows what it is. I was transferred to another line but there was no answer. I know if I walk in there everyone will be standing around talking and laughing like usual.

Hi Toni, We do participate in the FSA program. I believe all medical facilities should? They are essentially just tax-free savings accounts where patients can use that money for medical reasons. Thanks again. (Sorry for the delay but the FB notifications were not registering on my phone for days for some reason. I had no idea you even sent this reply until now.)
The optometrists and assistants are wonderful, but everyone else apparently doesn't understand what "tight schedule" means. If you need your prescription faxed anywhere, you'd better give them more than thread hours to send that fax! Seriously I needed that half an hour ago.
Great people; I talk to them all the time, very friendly.
