I highly recommend Brooke Bering at Westminster Dermatology. The entire staff was so welcoming, and Brooke was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. She took the time to listen and support me. I left feeling truly cared for and confident in my care plan.
I just googled Westminster Dermatology to get the # for an upcoming appt and I was disappointed in the reviews! I’ve seen Brooke Bering for the last 2 years and have nothing but GREAT things to say! She always takes her time, and I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed. I was referred to this office after finding a suspicious spot, which was removed and monitored every 3-6 months. The staff has always been friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.
Went in for an appointment. Was told I would receive a call within a week to discuss the next steps of treatment. A month later, got a email asking me to pay the portion of my bill insurance didn't cover. I told them I would pay the bill when they followed through and called me about my treatment. Its been another month. Nothing. No email, no response. **Update** They once again emailed me about unpaid portion of the bill. Nothing about care. $$ over care.
Dr. Rudo has been my dermatologist for over 25 years when she diagnosed me with melanoma. One look and she knew it was an issue. I have followed her from Towson to Reisterstown to Westminster because she is just that great! So knowledgeable, so personable. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. My absolute favorite doctor EVER!!
This is the absolute worst Dermatology office EVER! The PA Rebecca Bower, not a MD, spends MAYBE 2 minutes looking at your entire body, despite previous melanomas and many moles, she is very cavalier and apathetic. The front desk is incompetent, cannot figure out insurance, and accidentally canceled an appointment that I confirmed 3 times with no apology. The billing is impossible...they NEVER bill my insurance company first, they send me emails and texts saying I owe them money...despite the fact that I owe nothing and paid... read more
