I totally enjoyed my stay at the Westmark Anchorage. The service was pandemic the view from the 17th floor was spectacular. I recommend this hotel highly.
Perfect location in downtown Anchorage. Room was clean and the balcony had a good view of town. Breakfast was solid but eggs would've been nice. No meat options breakfast wise. Cereal was good, and it was nice having a bagel. Stayed in September.
I got this place because It seemed nicer than a motel, but everything was motel quality. I even got a suite and was very disapointed. The carpet was sticky. The TV kept turning on in the middle of the night. And the hair dryer sparked and smoked. All of these issues brought up to the front desk and all she did was make a joke. Drunks screaming in the night. Breakfast was just bread and fruit. Not worth the price. Go somewhere else.
