Jacqueline and the entire team are always there for us. We signed our lease in December 2024. They always helped us along the way to finally being able to open our shop. Whenever any issue arises, I can contact WestMar and they immediately act and get a solution underway! Awesome people!!

I’ve been a tenant since 2017, Westmar property management is by far the best company to rent from. I have had salons all over Murrieta and have been through hell with the landlords taking advantage of tenants. Westmar has always taken care of me, I can’t express how grateful I am to the amazing team! Could not have asked for better service or more prompt attention. Pipe broke, or something, which caused a horrible "sewage" smell. Gas Co was sent. Property Mgmt rep was on-site right away ! KUDOS to all involved.
