Just dont stay in their accommodation. Windows aren't insulated so you're freezing all year round. They overcharge you for electricity. All rooms have mould issues. When the contract ends, they try and charge you for damages that were there since the beginning. They also charge a cleaning fee despite the fact that you will arrive to your room with it being incredibly filthy. My accommodation at queen elizabeth apartments was fine, my problems were with my electricity bills where meter reading updates went to my providers via Westmanor (I didn’t have ready access to my meter) and the return on my deposit. Do not make the mistake of renting with west manor. They have no standard of service and constantly make promises that they do not deliver on. More than half of the furniture in our flat is broken or defective and upon asking for it be replaced we had to wait almost a month for the new furniture to be delivered to us even though they just had it sitting in their office. DO NOT BOOK. The worst accommodation staff in Leicester. They are unprofessional and rude. I had booked a room with them only to be told some days later they had decided to give it to a current tenant in the room. However, I had already paid the deposit, sent the forms, and all ID. This happened on 2 occasions. They are so unprofessional and there is absolutely no legality. Great, efficient, friendly. Simply Moving have had to deal with these on lots of occasions recently to move international students, they are very professional and extremely helpful.
