The first accommodation agent used as a student and always received such amazing service!!!
Spare your money and do not rent with these guys. You will stay freezing cold for the entirety of winter due to drafty, unsealed windows. They don’t fix anything and just leave it all to rot. Constant plumbing issues that they will never fix. Appalling service and horrible rooms.
EDIT: I moved out a short while back, but forgot to update my review, so doing it now- I'll add that through my entire stay a window remained cracked and unfixed. Upon moving out they additionally tried to charge me £207 cleaning and damages, and 'removal of rubbish'. I had been wise enough to take a full set of photographs through the entire flat. The customer service I received was appalling each time I had a complaint about my apartment. Rather of assisting me, their initial reaction was defensive.
They will try get as much money out of you as possible despite the fact their facilities are not of a high standard. Had a cracked window during my entire stay. Also a problem with the pipes which caused loud disturbing noises from the bathroom.
