Astonishingly rude and condescending customer service. The intial experience with this individual was aggravating and he was rude. I let it slide. This time, nope. Don't presume to lecture your customers on anything. I've insured my home through Westland previously as well as a number of vehicles etc. It takes a tremendous amount of disrespect to make me angry, and you achieved it. Westland will never get another ounce of business from me. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.
Chantelle helped me with some insurance and was great! She’s a genuinely nice person, very personable and yet very professional and knowledgeable.
