Astonishingly rude and condescending customer service. The intial experience with this individual was aggravating and he was rude. I let it slide. This time, nope. Don't presume to lecture your customers on anything. I've insured my home through Westland previously as well as a number of vehicles etc. It takes a tremendous amount of disrespect to make me angry, and you achieved it. Westland will never get another ounce of business from me. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.
Chantelle helped me with some insurance and was great! She’s a genuinely nice person, very personable and yet very professional and knowledgeable. If you thought of going somewhere else well let me tell ya, don’t be silly. Go see Chantelle. Seriously, she’s super awesome! Thanks again Chantelle! Really appreciate your help!
