Edit: I've come back to adjust this review in recognition of even more stellar performance from Westland. When my policy was finalized, my premium dropped by over $1,100 yearly versus initial quote! Michael Graham was superb to deal with. Since November 25th 2025 I've been trying to get some satisfaction dealing with someone. Michael was very helpful, professional and accommodating. He resolved all my issues with Westland Insurance
We added a second vehicle to our policy and TD wants us to pay $600 monthly overall, after moving to NS. PC Insurance wants $800, and CAA wants $1600. No one in the right mind will pay for those prices. So, I looked for the highest rated insurance brokers in the city, and tried my luck with Westland. Our Canadian licenses are fairly new but our previous driving record (over 10 years) from our home country was recognized by the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario.
