This review is for Stacey McInnis - it's nice to have someone like her to deal with, she is friendly and very prompt to help with my insurance needs. No extra BS, she just gets the job done which is much appreciated in today's world. Thanks again for being understanding and flexible - will continue to deal with her as long as I can.
My account manager is on vacation every second day. Very inconvenient experience. Considering switching to another provider. Lost a lot of money just because of a not at fault accident. Update: Tanya called me this morning and went through all the concerns I had carefully and nicely.
i deal with emma mandy for both my auto insurance and my house insurance, she is such a great person to deal with ,easy to talk to and gets things doned ,i love dealing with her because i know it will be doned right,great asset to company.
Edit: I've come back to adjust this review in recognition of even more stellar performance from Westland. When my policy was finalized, my premium dropped by over $1,100 yearly versus initial quote! Thanks again Alan and Westland Team. I have recently switched to Westland and am being taken care of by Alan Nahrgang - he has gone above and beyond to help me deal with my situation and was able to get me a good deal on my monthly rate. Dealt with Emma Mandy to add my teenage son to my car policy. Was told in a brief email that it would be approximately $1440. I emailed back to say “a month!” She says no in addition to what I am paying for myself for the rest of the year. I knew it was too good to be true and waited for my documents to arrive. My monthly premium is now approx. $890 a month! I am paying an extra $700 and my son went to young drivers.
