I’ve been working with Suzette Marshall for several years now, and she’s always been reliable, responsive, and professional. Most recently, she helped me add a new vehicle to my existing policy and made the process incredibly smooth. She coordinated directly with the dealership, sent all the documents promptly, and even looked into possible discounts for me. I really appreciate her continued support and excellent service. Melissa Companion has been wonderful to myself and daughter for our insurance needs! She was very accommodating when we needed to switch some things around for my daughter. Always very helpful and willing to answer an email by the end of the day, except if she is in a meeting that day. Wish she wasn't doing commercial insurance! :(
