Great company to work with. They do NOT offer car loans so I suspect that all these negative reviews are about a different company. I use Westland to help me transact life insurance, annuities, long term care, but they definitely have nothing to do with car loans.
This is the worst business I have ever dealt with for using an auto loan. They make you pay a $5 fee to make a payment from your checking account. Paid by ACH. And when I made my one and only payment, because I paid it off they hold my title hostage for 60 days. They have my money but I can't get my title. Costumer service is awful too. DON'T USE THIS BANK !!!!!
