I never feel like I'm going to the dentist. It's more like being with family that really care about me as a person and they just happen to do an outstanding job of taking care of my teeth. LOVE these people. I have and will continue to refer anyone that will listen.

Customer service is the hallmark of Westland and it starts with Paula at the front. Her patience and desire to make things work for the patient is appreciated. My hygenist (Deb) provides a very thorough experience with a smile. Dr. Landa continues the great customer experience and he is relatable, provides options to resolve issues if appropriate and really cares about the outcome for the patient.
