Let me start by saying there is no parking !!!! Next Nicole is rude as hell and Lynn is just as worst (staff) .. i cant wait up get out my lease they had rats and roaches . They cursed out my neighbors kids and also called my neighbor the N word this apartment complex is racist

Very well maintained though the rules are strict. Abide by them and you’ll be fine. Don’t and you’ll be evicted in two seconds flat. Maintenance is great. Len in the office is great too. If you need something done, feel free to ask. Usually if they can help, they will.
Lived here for 10+ years and have no complaints. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and as long as you stick to the rules you will have no problem at all. I have never had any problems with the office at all and find them responsive and ready to assist me when needed. Maybe it's how you treat others that makes a difference? I would recommend this place if you want a well kept, affordable and perfectly situated apartment.
They could improve the complex by firing Nicole and her office flying monkees and get rid of the people that sponsor this complex for keeping on Nicole that torture the tenamts and get off on doing so Nicole is the spawn from Hell if you don't believe the reviews then move there and you will be trumatized when you move out she is the devil.
Nice and clean
It's best I. don't. Anyone looking to move here run for your life. It's not the apartments it's the office staff. The property manager Nicole is on a power trip. Goes into peoples apartments when they're not home. A resident told me this, said she woke up and she and a maintenance worker came into her apt while she was sleep, Nicole warmed her coffee in her micro wave, her reason "spot checking". She thinks the complex is her kingdom
It's a nice place to live! The complex is private owned which is great. Signed a second lease this year :)
