It's challenging for young people getting started to find themselves a place to live without much credit or rental history so we had to cosign for our grandson. Accepting the challenge and relying on trust bit us in the end. As our grandson would say, "the rent had been paid" or "taken care of" later, we find out that he's four or five months behind. I lived here from 2019-2023 Hi Mary I hope you’re seeing this. These apartments are TRASH Black mold everywhere even when I ran a 2,000 sq foot dehumidifier constantly. Bugs bugs bugs dude black ants were crawling on my ceiling at one point and Mary decided to just blame me and not the fact that every unit near me was also infested. Mary is sooo rude she argued with my partner on move in and that should have been the first red flag.
