The building is beautiful, clean, and welcoming—but what stood out most was the atmosphere. I saw lots of smiles, friendly interactions, and even a fun activity going on while I was there. It’s clear that this community has a focus on creating a positive, engaging environment for seniors
I’ve had the pleasure of visiting the Westlake community and have always been warmly greeted by the team members. The environment is clean and welcoming, and the leadership team is genuine and kind. No community is perfect, but having good people makes all the difference—and Westlake has that!
This is the worst place. I worked there for almost 2 years and got let go because I voiced my opinion. Unless your love one is mobile do not take them there. The tour is a lie. Keep your love ones safe. I would watch residents sit in the dining room for an hour or more after they pushed their button. Some of them were in tears wondering why no one would get them!
Had an amazing tour here, building clean, staff so friendly!
