Truly the hero of our wedding vendors! We hired Garden Florist 3 weeks before our wedding (10/18/25) because our original florist cancelled on us. Chantal was so understanding of our situation and gave us so much incredible advice and assistance even though everything was so rushed. First time using this floral shop, was very disappointed with the quality of bouquet they brought. The flowers were very squished causing them to die on their 3rd day, they were cut very short for the length of their vase. Order was not what the picture on the website reflected either. For the price of the flowers, more was expected. UPDATE- After a week of placing this review and the company failing to reach out, I called them directly and they were able to replace the flowers. I ordered an arrangement for a co-worker's birthday and it was BEAUTIFUL! Everyone who came into the office commented that it was one of the prettiest they have ever seen. I am NEVER disappointed when I order from WV Garden Florist :)
