Friendly and helpful staff that always remembers my name. Stacey is fantastic and I'll miss her dearly as I move out of state. Ultra clean offices, comfortable ambiance and chairs, always a positive experience.
Dr. Tsap is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. She is amazing with kids and somehow they actually like going to the dentist now. She takes great care of me too. She knows her stuff, explains everything in plain English, and always finds the best way to get things done. I walk out feeling confident, cared for, and honestly kind of impressed that I actually enjoyed a dentist visit. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust and maybe even look forward to seeing, Dr. Tsap is the one.
Dr. Katherine is so great that I now travel 2.5+ hours from Apple Valley to Westlake Village to see her! She’s gentle, patient, and really knowledgeable. The office and equipment are always clean, and the staff and hygienists are equally wonderful.
