My husband and I have lived there for a few years now and we are finding its time to move on. The place is well maintained, quite, and has friendly tenants. As friendly as Seattle-ites usually are. Even not paying for parking has not been an issue. I have always been able to find a spot. I would totally recommend this to other people.
