Thanks Dr. Augustine for seeing me this morning. I did not want to get anyone in trouble by offering my feedback. I actually wanted to give this feedback prior to my specific issue with the flareup on the implant area and really wanted to catch you yesterday....just a lot of trouble to go back to do it privately and or call you via telephone, so I just skipped doing it until this morning. Dr Augustine is a very knowledgeable dentist and I highly recommend him!
I have had to cancel this appointment two times due to changes in my schedule at work. Each time I cancelled I had to wait three months before I could get an appointment. It would be really nice if you left some open times on your books or hired another hygienist so people don't have to wait a minimum of three months for an appointment.

Everyone was really friendly and I really like the customer service. The warm neck wrap and the serene beach picture really put me at ease. This is a great overall experience especially since going to the dentist can be nerve racking.
