Absolutely a Breeze – The staff have been helpful, courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. While I was dreading getting a storage unit while awiting a new house because of all the horror stories I'd heard about what facilities do, this turned out to be a breeze. I never once had any problems and the managers went above and beyond to assist me in all kinds of ways. No question, I'd store here again. And I would recommend your facility to anyone. Always Pleasant – In addition to other things, I appreciated that I was given a reminder of my upcoming payment each month. That feature is very helpful because most of us have so many things going on that it's easy to forget when a bill is due but you don't want your account to become delinquent. The people that manage this facility are ALWAYS pleasant and nice.
Excellent Parking Availability – I was glad that I was able to park my limo there. Due to some circumstances in my neighborhood at the time, the security you offered was really needed. I never worried while my limo was parked there. Your professionalism and communication with me regarding any changes or concerns were great to rely upon. Great Place – I was met with excellent service and utter friendliness each time I called to inquire about storage at the facility. When I arrived to get the unit, I met the two ladies I had been dealing with by phone (Kira and Courtnie). They made me feel like a welcome addition to the Westlake Self Storage family. Clean & Affordable – Briefly stated, the service was excellent! And the units are clean - even an exterior unit like mine! I'd recommend Westlake Self Storage to anyone. They're far more affordable than other facilities, too, even though they offer much more. Thanks, everyone!
#1 Staff! – The management and staff is always friendly, courteous and willing to help. They are very knowledgeable of company policies and procedures. I appreciate the levels of communication via email and phone for payment and any questions I may have. I was very comfortable with the security of the contents of my unit. Like Family! – I absolutely love & appreciate & would highly recommend Westlake Self Storage. James and Euphrenia were like family! They were always professional & courteous & always worked with me, even when I was late with my payments!
