The Manor, in which the front office staff communicate is white glove and The psychiatrist show extreme professionalism and an unwavering empathetic bedside manner. I’m happy I found this place and I have a good feeling that our relationship will continue to grow and that I will continue on my path to well-being.

Don't be fooled by doctors, backgrounds, or bios. I had a terrible experience and would definitely not return. I spent $600 for an a consultation that Approved complete waste of money. The doctor Did not have a shred of empathy was cold and completely uninterested. I was impressed by her background only to be proven otherwise.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Lisa Ferazzoli and this practice. After my initial appointment, I spent more than two weeks trying to get a prescription issue resolved. I promptly provided the medical records they requested and repeatedly followed up with the office, yet I never received a single call, message, or other communication from Dr. Ferazzoli herself.
