Bad communication, dropped in scheduling, and making a vulnerable moment of seeking help feel very futile.
Not responsive to emails. Nor do they update you on scheduling. Felt very promising at first, but quickly got left in the back burner. I was hopeful for help on a diagnosis and truly thought this establishment was one of the best in Austin. However, all I got was a prolonged ring around on nothing that was helping.
