Dr. Augustine and his staff represent the pinnacle of professionalism. Prior to scheduling my appointment, I had emailed 4 different dentists in Austin asking about their policy for treating patients without dental insurance. Dr. Augustine was the only one who responded. I was really quite impressed with the service from top to bottom. My oral hygiene is slightly below average and I hadn't seen a dentist in 4 years but Dr. Augustine and his staff were not judgmental in any way and in fact were very supportive.
