My son has severe asthma and he was having a very hard time breathing he was complaining of “his heart hurting” so i took him to west lake. They registered him and told me to have a seat 20 minutes later they still didn’t check him and when i asked how long the receptionist just said “ I don’t know but the nurse knows about your son he will be seen shortly” so i left NEVER should a 7 year old kid with asthma having trouble breathing should have to wait to be seen! I think this was the last time i take my son to this ER!
ER nurse Lee was the best ! he was awesome with my son
The staff in ultrasound department made me feel like family-friendly made me feel warm and cozy...
