I purchased a groupon for a massage. I noticed that it was going to expire in a little over 3 weeks. I went to the on-line scheduling page per the instructions. The next available appointment was a little over 6 weeks away. I called the business 2 days in a row and left messages to see if they would extend the groupon date. No one bothered to call me back. Horrible customer service. Luckily Groupon let me exchange it.

I'm so glad that I found Karen! While exploring different bodywork and energy medicine modalities, I came across Karen's website during a search for a local Lomi Lomi practitioner. Karen is an excellent massage therapist who seems to intuitively know where I need various levels of massage. I've been going to her for years and know she is very client-focused and knowledgeable about the body and health. A few months ago I had the 1 1/2 hour Rosewater massage with steam and it felt so special, relaxing and re-energizing to me. I plan to have one several times a year in addition to my monthly massages.
