I so appreciate the people here. They are professional, kind and so helpful ... always taking the time to answer my questions (and I like to ask questions) and return phone calls. I appreciate that Dr Vendal is dedicated to staying at the forefront in all that is happening in eyecare.
Great staff and great service! I have been going there for over 4 years for borderline Glaucoma monitoring and Dr. Vendal is always frank and explains things well. I take my daughter there as well for her eye care.
Loved my appointment wit Dr. Stan Saulny! Very thorough pre exam by staff and exam by Doctor. Strongly recommend this office. Very together.
If you are looking for an Eye Specialist that has her clients best interest at heart, takes her time with thorough check-ups in the examination room, without rushing out the door, then Dr. Vendal is the doctor for you! The office is beautiful and the staff, very friendly! I have been a patient for five years and wouldn't go anywhere else!
Dr Natalie Stanciu is my new Ophthalmologist at Westlake Eye Specialist in Kyle TX. Caitlin is the Tech who took care of all the prep exams, and she did an excellent job. My entire office atmosphere and experience was great. The exam was the most thorough I've ever had. Definitely check them out!!
The Dr was nice, I came back a couple of times because of puffy eyes. Turns out it was allergies (diagnosed by another doctor) but I was talked in to a major eye exam and they told me my insurance would pay for all of it with zero copay. I thought if it's "free" I might as well check it out. I have perfect vision so I didn't need it, but I feel like they pressured me into it by saying I wouldn't be charged BUT I DID get charged and now they are threatening to put in me in collections, I have perfect credit. Best Eye Specialists in the Hill Country. Dr. Vendal is terrific! Seamless transition into the office. Attentive staff and excellent facility. Eyes are now 20/15. I no longer need glasses.
