My project (not including lot) was ideally under $400k, I could not get past the receptionist. I met the builder at Street of Dreams a few years ago, also was referred by the Neigbor of the lot I purchased. But if $400k is not enough $$ to get on the phone with the guy, I am good. The house I build will not be huge, but it will have great details. Close in SE. Whatever!
Beautiful homes. Amazing design & craftsmanship. Interiors are stunning as well.
