Very nice and professional, but probably best to only visit Westlake Dermatology for cosmetic services. I had a medical skin issue--a cyst--was told that I couldn't be helped by Westlake, and needed to see a specialist. I was referred to a specialist and written an antibiotic prescription, which was sent to a third party called ClearRX that failed to assist with filling the prescription. Pharmacy and Westlake say to call ClearRX, and ClearRX says call the pharmacy. Probably great for Botox and filler though.

They tried to charge me $100 “injection fee” for a lip flip which was never made clear when I online booked because of the small amount of dysport. Aka-they weren’t making enough money off of me. “Dr” Jonathan Bielfield is absolute joke of a doctor. He was utterly unprofessional and rude and wouldn’t even look me in the eye when I said I wasn’t ok with his stupid little fee, he nearly mocked me saying “ok we’ll make a note of that” when any extra injection fee needs to be mentioned while booking. I’ve been a repeat patient here for routine Botox every few months and also for routine skin exams. During my most recent visit, the injector treated the wrong area, which was not what I requested and is documented in my history. I returned the next day to have the correct area treated, but was required to pay again. As a result, I paid twice to receive one intended treatment.
