Lauren Macha and assistant, Jennifer were wonderful. They were very kind, thorough and professional. I highly recommend.
We love Westlake Dermatology Onion Creek. My 93 yo mom and I both go there. They are so patient and kind especially with my mom, which is so appreciate. Dr. Staples and Dr. Dietert have both seen us and are both warm and kind. The staff is extremely pleasant and we enjoy chatting with them. I highly recommend them.
I always have the best experience when I have my appointments with Lauren Macha, PA. Not only is she knowledgeable when it comes to all my questions, but professional too and makes the sessions fun. I will definitely be a returning client to Lauren!
Will add charges after you leave the office, then will not call you or reach out. Then sends the added fees to collections. Never missed a payment, longtime customer, figured that would warrant a courtesy call.
PA Lauren Macha has been a great doctor to work with. She has taken care of my skin and gone above and beyond to correct any issues with my prescriptions. Highly recommend her and the staff at this location
