Absolutely miserable experience with Westlake Dermatology. I went to have an age spot removed, paid in full at reception, and thought it was settled. A week later, I got a bill for the same amount I already paid—confirmed by my debit card transaction. I called the number provided, was told I hadn’t paid (despite proof), and was given the location’s number. I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Matthew La Cour and the exceptional care and expertise he provided during my recent diagnosis with melanoma skin cancer. The staff were very attentive and were quick to see me. Dr. Alvarez treated me with care and consideration, and took the time to address all of my concerns.
If you’re looking for perfection this is where you go. Dr. Atencio and team are fantastic! She did a spectacular job on my surgery. I get compliments all the time. And the aftercare guidance is second to none! Don’t underestimate how important that part is. Honestly, all of WL Dermatology has been great for me, even non-surgical. Sarah Grimmer has done great work on me as well, and I will continue to visit her for my beauty care.
I wish every doctor’s office was this good. Parking is easy, and the staff is so kind! I always have a great experience when I go to Westlake Dermatology.
