It’s basically impossible to get ahold of any of the staff. Anytime you call it the line instantly drops. Please make sure to read the bad reviews before you consider scheduling an appointment at this office. Customer service is non existent.

I had such a wonderful experience at my dermatology appointment today! Dr. Cherry Kosarek and her assistant Jhenesis, made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire visit. They performed a biopsy right away to get a more accurate understanding of what was going on and explained that we would determine the next steps and the necessary lab work once the results are available. I won’t ever be going back to Westlake Dermatology. I came into this location after having a pyogenic granuloma on my toe. I met the doctor and we quickly took a biopsy to see if it’s cancerous and cauterized the area. I was hopeful that all of this was fixed. I knew the wait for the biopsy report might take a week or two. Well I wait for the biopsy report and I don’t hear from this facility for 2 months. First time coming here for Dysport. Kim A was my injector and she was very thoughtful and calmed my nerves. I hate needles! Will be back.
