I went in for an infection on my lower leg which Dr Kosarek and her team took care of the situation immediately without any complications. My wait time was minimal.
The staff coordination and management is really not that great. They misunderstood what type of appointment I needed and when I mentioned to them that's not the appointment I needed/wanted and needed to cancel they insisted that I pay their cancelation fee. They kept sending me physical mail until I tried to pay online but their payment system is so archaic that it didn't work a couple of times when I tried to pay, they rerouted me to multiple depts on the phone and then hung up on me, and still kept sending me mail to pay. ... read more

From check-in to checkout, this visit was excellent. Alex, Edith, and Allison made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. PA Kim Anderson and her MAs, Genesis and Kennedy, are the best. Thorough, on time, genuinely caring, the list goes on. I couldn’t be happier with the results and can’t recommend Kim and her team enough.
This dermatology clinic was outstanding from the office staff to the doctors! I made a last minute appointment and got seen and treated in under 20 minutes. The building was also well decorated and clean.
