Updating review to give a complete overview of my experience at Westlake Dermatology at the Domain. The Good: Dr. Madalyn Nguyen is so awesome! She is knowledgeable, professional and competent. Her assistant, KeeLey, is friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Edith is very professional and always has a smile when I approach her to check out. The staff there is top notch! How was my experience with Westlake Dermatology in the Domain? Welcoming, made me feel comfortable. Got me in earlier than expected. Dr Nguyen was awesome!! So was her assistant! I recommend the domain location AND Dr Nguyen! Ladies at the front desk were also very pleasant and helpful!
I have seen Dr Kosarek several times over the past few years after being diagnosed with skin cancer. I would highly recommend not only Dr K but the ENTIRE staff. Cedar Park office included. Thank you all for being so kind, caring and professional. Ann M
I had a great experience with Dr Nguyen. Being an older male in my late 60s, I was a bit apprehensive about going to a facility. I thought that maybe catered to cosmetic aspects of dermatology. But I was pleasantly surprised, the staff was great, Dr. Nguyen and her assistant Keelyey we’re both very thorough, and great communicators, explaining to me what they were doing and what I needed to do for follow up.
