It's a block from Michigan Ave, next to 2 bus stops and 2 blocks from subway. Nearby shopping and restaurants. The Hotel rooms were good size, elevators are slow and one had an issue (stopped in the middle). Bar on site, typical bar food, nice ambience
I booked an upgraded room with the city view and got a room over looking the AC unit with broken AC.
Our stay was nice. Service was good. I was surprised by the parking price which was ridiculous high at $83 dollars a night. I was disappointed that my room was supposed to be Lakeview and I only could see one little section of the lake.
Everything was perfect- except for one thing and when mentioned tot he staff they were professionals!
Nice hotel, good rooms, great location right on Michigan Ave, they do charge a destination fee in the summer, but they provide a $15 credit that you can use in the bar or Starbucks downstairs.
