DO NOT STAY!!! I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous of times in the past 3 years. I stay in New York, and I travel for work. At first I thought this hotel was very accommodating and staff was great, until I came across Kyle. I’m waiting in the lobby, and I overhear his conversation with a guest, and the guest is telling him that their stuff was tampered with, and some of their stuff was missing, and he was being very arrogant, and not seeing anything from their perspective.
