The hotel should improve its staff training, especially for the front desk. The female receptionist working today was quite unfriendly and did not seem welcoming to guests. She did not smile and her attitude felt unprofessional. This was disappointing in terms of customer service.
James working as the doorman and valet was extremely kind and helpful. Great first impression for guests!
