James Bryant Hospitality Ambassador was awesome deserving all stars. I came from another state to have spinal surgery in the great state of Texas. The moment I pulled up in my Lyft. Mr. Bryant got a wheelchair and took me to the room. Did he have to do this absolutely not. He could’ve gave me the wheelchair and said can I help you. He said no let me help you get everything!!
