I had to book a last-minute stay at this hotel, and they were very gracious with allowing me to extend my stay. Valet was also very kind and tentative. James & Cody were very helpful during my final checkout.
My rating is based entirely on the fact that the rooms need serious upgrades. I stay here for the beds, but lately, even those have been pretty worn down. The couches and furniture in the rooms are extremely worn and pass their prime. The reason I continue to stay is the staff is always amazing and there is a great bar downstairs. The rooms are also always clean and the showers have a great showerhead. Has a platinum member. I would love to see one of my favorite homes away from home have the renovation it deserves.
