I’ve lived here for two years, and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. My car was towed and now I’m expected to pay $320 that I simply don’t have. When I tried to discuss the situation with management, the manager was extremely rude to both me and my mother. I’ve had a great experience with the front office staff. The ladies Briana and Carla in the office are always friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. They make the process easy and are always welcoming. I really appreciate their great customer service and positive attitude. Sapphire office manger amazing and so kind! This is my first experience renting an apartment alone, and I was really nervous at first but Carla from the leasing Center has been incredible every step of the way. She help me find the apartment that would be best for me, and she took extra time to explain all the options and show me all the different things that the complex has to offer. I called west house apartment flats and spoke to Carla, she was really kind and patient with me even tho I felt like I was asking a whole dictionary 😂 needless to say this is such a lovely property with such great quality.
