VERY BAD PLACE TO LIVE . i paid rent a week early with a personal check and apparently the check bounced for no reason and they never told me unti yesterday and now i own $500 more that i do not have . SMH it’s not my fault that my bank denied it i offered a different way of payment but they are charging me for late fees regardless.

Very poor customer service. Hail damage has yet to be repaired.
Absolutely terrible. The place is a dump. The buildings are in shambles (from hail damage) and the apartments are in desprate need of upgrades. Yet they are charging nearly 200 a month in utilities including 40 in cam charges but they don't actually put any of that money into upgrading and fixing their buildings. They were able to afford brand new amazon lockers and a really nice office/clubhouse for the employees. The hot tub has been broken for over a year. There was an electrical fire in our building.
