This is a very low down company. They tried to push an illegal eviction while being section 8 landlords renting a mold, roach, and mice infected house to a single mother of four. They still have my deposit over two years later. They try to take cases to courts that don't normally deal with section 8 so they are dumb to the contracts they sign as landlords. They are very disrespectful as well. Its hard to talk to a human when dealing with this company too!

I was with them for 5 yrs and boom got hit without knowledge of a new property management taking over the property so I ask time and time again for my deposit back via email phone calls, etc to no avail still no one has gotten back with me and it's going on two yrs
Do they ever respond to maintenance request or do we have to CONTINUE to fix the issues ourselves as if it's not a rental property
