This is a very low down company. They tried to push an illegal eviction while being section 8 landlords renting a mold, roach, and mice infected house to a single mother of four. They still have my deposit over two years later. They try to take cases to courts that don't normally deal with section 8 so they are dumb to the contracts they sign as landlords. They are very disrespectful as well. Its hard to talk to a human when dealing with this company too!
