Dr Emil Khalil has to be one of the worst doctors I've EVER come across. Tried dropping me as a patient due to my mental health after my having to bother them for months about refills on my meds. And now I'm having to fight tooth and nail to get refills for my daughter's allergy meds. Allergies are for life. These refills should never run out. The receptionist are absolutely rude and rush you off the phone and don't listen to you at all and give incorrect information. They just rush you off the phone. My mom just suffered a stroke calls in to ask questions about statues of a medical certificate and gets no answers. She's already struggling with a life changing situation and these ladies have zero customer service skill and shouldn't be working as receptionist. Avoid this office if you can. I want to share my experience with Dr. Waseema Rehman. She is a lifesaver. She is compassionate and caring, and she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Rehman goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible. One time, I was crying because my daughter had been hurt in a school accident. Dr. Rehman saw me and immediately postponed her lunch break to treat my daughter. Her quick actions were comforting during a stressful time. I highly recommend her.
