Dr. Mourcos is truthful and kind.
I have always had a great experience here. Dr Khalil is very kind and attentive, and actually listens! When I do have to leave a phone message, they always get back to me really quickly.
Had to file a CPSO complaint against Dr. Emil Khalil. That’s how incompetent this doctor is. He does not review notes or tests. You have to pretty much diagnose yourself. Good luck if you’re with him.
Dr. Daud is a great paediatrician and he’s been the best for my daughter. As for Dr.Khalil, i would advise everyone to save yourself and go with someone else. Contacting him is near to impossible, you tell his receptionist you’d like to be emailed because you have a toddler and sometimes miss the call, they NEVER email you. You miss their call? Yep got canceled yet again. I think every client of this practice needs to get their report from government for OHIP claims. Willing to bet these canceled apts still get billed. It takes 30 days to get your report. My request is in. This place has become awful.. down to 3 office days a week. And she doesn't even come in for majority of them. The covid phone thing opened the door for doctors like this to milk the system.. sitbtour ass at home and read Google to give diagnoses... office staff is beyond God awful.. need to refi... read more
