Dr Rehman used to be great but the last appointment she made with me she did not even bother to show up for and the excuse given is that she has to drive from London, well fine but, its not a new trip for her and she should plan accordingly The appointment before that she had the office call me hours before the appointment to say she could not make it and with this we should be able to charge her a fee as I would have been if I was a "no show"
Dr. Waseema Rehman is nearly impossible to contact. Whenever I am in need of an appointment I spend over a week trying to contact the clinic and am continually told I will be contacted/called back and am often left unanswered. The phone line has never been answered in the time I have tried to call, and emails do not get answered. I have filled out many online forms as requested, when I do get in contact, and am still not contacted. I would reccomend trying another clinic that cares enough to contact clients back.
Dr Emil is a good family doctor for our family. Very easy to interact with.
Dr. Daud is wonderful with my son. I feel like he genuinely cares and has his best interest at heart.
Dr. Waseema Rehman is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She cares about her patients and knows the perfect referrals. 10/10
