Every individual we interacted with on our surgery day, from check in to check out, was professional, skilled, and kind. They set expectations well regarding who we would engage with, what would be done, at about what time, etc. They were also incredibly showing us how to care for our family member once home, and helped our nervous family member feel at ease on a stressful day. Wonderful experience.
Colonoscopy today with Dr. Kalb, Dr. Reynolds anesthesia, Terri nurse, others. Wonderful place, fantastic care. Very busy but you still get individual and caring care.
Wonderful staff. Had a procedure there and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Very positive experience. Everything went great!
Their billing department or contracted carrier to handle their accounts receivable is terrible. The online form to make a payment would not recognize my account number, though the bill I received clearly stated what account number to enter. I also could not get through to pay by phone, either. Whoever is in charge of this system needs to improve it.
I had a wonderful experience here! I was super nervous for my daughter and how she would do, but the staff here absolutely nailed it! Normally, my daughter is shy and is a velcro child, but EVERYONE did such a fantastic job that she didn't even cry once! My daughter is also mixed and bilingual. They gave her a ride to the surgery room in a wagon and gave her a cute bear! They provided adorable colored pencils, and everyone was just so friendly and good with children.
