I have been Dr. Norman's patient since almost his start in dentistry. He has ALWAYS been outstanding in his patient care and strives for perfection in all work that leaves his office. Without any doubt BEST dentist I ever have had in my 50 years.

I moved to Richmond a number of years ago. Prior to living in Richmond I had the same dentist for 16 years. I tried 3 practices prior to visiting Norman, Obeck, and Foy. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of their office, and the honest nature of their recommendations for care. I finally feel like I have found a fit for my dental care in Richmond.
