This visit was for routine care. I had a new, for me, dental hygienist, Stacy. She gave me excellent care particularly while taking a new set of X-rays as I have a strong gag reflex which makes the placement of the film a bit tricky. The front desk operation was very friendly and efficient as usual. My wife and I have been going to Norman, Obeck and Foy for years and are very satisfied with their dentil care.
Dr Norman and his staff represent what every health care provider should strive to accomplish. His staff is courteous, friendly and professional He and his staff call you back generally within a few minutes of your appointment time Dr Norman does not recommend work that does not NEED to be done Dr's Norman, O'Beck, and Foy's office are clean You never need to feel anxious when going to this dental group

I called to ask for an appointment for a cracked tooth. Dr. Obeck fit me into his busy schedule the same day as my call. He resolved the problem and as always Dr. Obeck and his staff were terrific!
Everyone in this practice always provides excellent customer service and the dental staff provides high quality care.
Dr. Obeck and staff provide consistent personal attention from the time an appointment is through to follow up after treatment has taken place.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and friendly chatter. I did wait for the doctor to arrive for a bit longer than I had expected, but it was not unreasonable. Dr. Norman spent time asking me about my history and gave helpful advice. His assistant was also very friendly and apologetic for the wait.
It has been about 2 years since I have been to your office. I am a pretty bad dental patient - nothing personal at all. However, you and your staff make the experience so much better. I know Margaret had to work hard in cleaning my teeth, but she was truly wonderful and professional. My teeth feel awesome! Thank you so much Dr. Norman and your staff for all you do to make me as comfortable as possible.
The entire staff warm, friendly, and professional. The dental hygienist, Emily, was thorough yet gentle. Dr. Obeck took time examining and explaining procedures.
