I used to work in Dentistry and have also experienced many different dental needs as a patient over the course of my life. Extra kudos to the office staff for their SUPERB customer service skills! They practically bend over backwards to help their patients, whether it's contacting the insurance co, another doc, or rescheduling... whatever it takes! Also, LOVE the texts!
I really feel resl comfortably with the service
The practice of Drs. Norman, Obeck and Foy stands out because of the outstanding service to all patients. Their unique care for emergencies and specialty situations are profoundly futuristic for the dental and medical field. In addition, the professionalism of the office staff and financial administrator is simply outstanding. There are only a few Dental practices with a staff that serves professionals, children and adults with such high integrity, caring and professionalism.
Absolutely the best dental practice I've ever used. Dr Foy is fantastic! The equipment&their services are very advanced; utilizing computerized documentes&screens you can see while discussing rational for care required, along w a plan of priorities needed if you are uninsured. His assistant is consistently w/Dr Foy, allowing for continuity of care.All staff are personable, helpful& professional.His crowns look perfectly like real molars! Always on time witin 10-15 min.!

The dentists, dental assistants, and staff at this office are probably the most service-oriented people I have ever encountered. The culture of this office is welcoming in every way and makes a patient feel like they are valued. I just can't say enough about the care I receive from this practice.
Cathy does a great job of cleaning my teeth on a semi-annual basis. Dr. Norman is very pleasant and friendly. He maintains an excellent level of skill and knowledge which is shared with his patients. Great practice and have used them for years.
