Dr. Obeck & his assistant were very professional and thorough, but concerned about you as both a patient and individual; friendly,; explained what they were planning to do; frequently inquiring about your level of comfort/pain; they checked frequently to be sure you understood all information shared regarding your visit and care; etc.
I have been seeing Dr. O'Beck for more years than I can remember! A friend referred him and his office when I first moved to Richmond back in 2002. He and his staff are friendly and efficient. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I will never forget my emergency visit after falling off of my bike several years ago. Not only did they fix my teeth, they bandaged my wounds and my ego!
The receptionist's were all very nice. The dental hygienist was genuinely interested in making my oral health better. The Dentist was great and sat down to explain my images and explain any procedures.
This is the most outstanding dental team I have ever had the privilege of meeting. Each team member is attentive, alert, gracious, professional, skilled, and welcoming. The expertise of the doctors and their staff is phenomenal, equaled only by their kindness. If you want to find the BEST dental practice in the entire state of Virigina, become one of their patients!
My visit today was entirely satisfactory. Aislin cleaned my teeth and Dr. Norman performed an oral inspection afterwards. I can't think of any way to improve!!! Special thanks go to Beth who coordinated with Walgreens pharmacy to ensure that my prescription for Amoxicillin could be changed from capsules to liquid, since I have difficulty swallowing the large capsules before each visit. Now, pre-medicating will no longer be such a chore.
I used to hate going to the dentist, but since I switched to Dr. Obeck's office I really don't mind going. They are always so pleasant and explain everything they are doing during your visit. Somehow they have managed to rid the visits of painful discomfort! Everyone there is very professional. I would recommend their practice to anyone, young or old.
Dr. Foy is always great to work with. He is patient, takes the time to explain the process and helps keep you calm during the process. My 6 year old who is terrified of any doctor loves doctor Foy. I never hesitate to recommend his office to friends.
I've been going here for 23 years. The best run medical office I have ever been to. No waiting, super professional and friendly office, and very high quality service.
