Nice atmosphere! Staff was kind to me. I want to address unprofessionalism when calling patients home. We are not your friend! Address patients with respect. If you can't pronounced the last name, place a "miss or Mr " before the first name.
Awesome experience! Took my 14 year old daughter there for a Lumbar Facet injection procedure. The staff was great! From front desk to all the nursing staff including Shawn who called to follow up on my daughter the day after her procedure. Cannot express enough how wonderful this experience was! Never had a moment where I was concerned about the care my daughter would receive.
Sadly I had a horribly experience. They literally WALKED me into the surgical room to see all of the operating tools & everything. I broke down hysterical. They didn’t give me anything until I was laying down in the actual surgery table. It was beyond traumatizing. I am now in therapy for it. Very inappropriate.
