I got an apartment in the spur of the moment, which I ended up never needing or using. 2 weeks after I got the apartment I asked if I could just get out of lease but they told me no. I have only been here for a few months and now we are on our 3rd office manager, and now the maintenance guy is fired. I also see we are charged for pest control even in the winter time....and it is May and I have yet to get any notifications about when our pest control guy coming out. We live right by the woods and I see one wolf spider a week in my apartment I have to chase down with my vacuum. I have lived here almost two years and have experienced 6 different leasing agents working here during that time. They recently fired the leasing agent and maintenance man. I had to transfer apartments due to a neighbor harassing me, which I had been reporting for 6 months to their staff. After transferring, the unit I moved into is non-functioning, disgusting, and smells like cigarettes. They blamed the cigarette smell on the ozone machine.
