The owner's neglect has led to the deterioration of facilities, making it challenging for residents to get issues resolved. Despite increases in rent, the quality of service does not seem to match the cost. From the initial engagement the office staff has been nothing but polite very responsive helpful and was very educated and informative on the property the area and gave great feedback. I am so excited that I am a new resident of these homes. Property and staff top tier
Do not rent from them or fall for any of their “rent specials”. The good reviews from earlier this year are from when they told everyone that if they post a good review they will get a free spring cleaning. Also, some of the good reviews were initially bad reviews. I’m telling everyone I know, posting on every site, group, social media, and word will get around. I originally posted enjoying living here, but I also think I should put some disclosures to others. I am going to update my post. (Positives) The community is great. It is quiet with great amenities. For me I like that it backs up to the woods. However I live on the second floor and there are mice that came with the new management (I had been here 2 years without this issue) the exterminator said it was because they refuse to get the right equipment to protect the property given its location in the woods. 2.
