A year ago when I first moved The staff was amazing Since Jade has been gone the office is barely open a full 30 days during their scheduled hours. Not to mention I’m over the robo or (AI) responses seems that can’t keep anyone in the office then when they are there they can’t seem to be able to do a thing but talk on their cell phones. Mean while dogs are running loose and folks being attacked by them, Questions go unanswered or ignored. I definitely will NOT be staying here. Theresa was very friendly and thorough! Neighborhood seems quiet and peaceful. Units are nice. Pool and bbq area are very nice. Theresa spoke very highly of the maintance man Patrick, sounds like the staff takes care of the property and tries their best to make tenants happy.
Jade and Patrick are phenomenal! I love living here! My kids do too! All around just a quiet lovely community! I would highly recommend renew westglen apartments!
DON'T RENT HERE!!!! It is important not to be deceived by the new name of ReNew WestGlen apartments, as there have been no actual improvements or changes. The owner's neglect has led to the deterioration of facilities, making it challenging for residents to get issues resolved. Despite increases in rent, the quality of service does not seem to match the cost. Even after leaving the apartment in better condition than when moving in and having it professionally cleaned, residents have faced struggles in getting their security ... read more
