They told me we were denied and they "were not required to tell us why" by law yes you are! I'm pretty sure there was nothing wrong with our aapplication she didn't want us there because, we are young! All we want is our own place to raise our family! She didn't even call all of our references they lied about that! They also told me they only call back if your approved? By law they have to call and let you know were denied! RUDE and LIES! I've been talked down to many times by this woman who only "RUNS" the park. I've had enough. If you move into this park, It will be ok for a little while. Don't tell any of them your business at the store.. She will tell everyone your business. I had a neighbor just knock on my door and told me that she was airing to everyone that I was moving. I paid up for the whole month and have only been here a week and refuses to give me a refund on the 3 weeks remaining.. It's ok though.. Let her have it. Im just happy ... read more

To the Cranes.. I hope you read these things. Please, please take the time to visit with your tenants, privately, and take action against the woman you have put in charge of management. Surely you must know of at least some of the problems here! We loved this place when we moved in here.. neighbors spoke to each other, children played together, we had a community. Now, nobody really talks to anyone, children aren't allowed out of their yards, and everyone walks on eggshells. All because of that woman. Most of us drop our pay... read more

Just like others have had terrible experiences, my friend has had her own. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Cussed them out for making a small deck for their home, told them their... (well, let's just say it rhymes with 'hit') needed to be back in storage. Unfriendly management. When her husband call to talk to them about it, they gave them 24 hours to move out. Complete and utter BS, they NEED to lose their jobs.
